1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Lisu Thai online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and businesses. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All prices in our store are shown in USD, and these Terms should be read together with our other store policies, including our Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. Instead, they represent an invitation for you to place an order with us.

When you click the order button at checkout, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart. Receiving an automatic order confirmation by email only acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are quoted in USD and include statutory VAT and other applicable price components. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly shown to you during checkout, before you complete and place your order, so that you always know the total cost prior to payment.

6.2 Handling and delivery times

Orders are typically processed with a handling time of 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances. Any specific shipping estimates or delivery windows shown to you at checkout for your particular order take precedence over the general timeframes described here.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain our property until paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods and must not dispose of or transfer them to a third party.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Exchanges: As an alternative to a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange where available.

9. Warranty

In addition to any statutory warranty rights you may be entitled to under applicable law, products purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. We aim to resolve any concerns or disputes directly and amicably wherever possible. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first using the details provided in Section 2 so that we can work with you toward a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may pursue the matter through the courts or other channels available under the governing law set out below.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent.
