Our Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipping, so your return window begins once the parcel reaches you, not when it ships.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return, please make sure the item meets the following conditions:

  • The goods are complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • All labels and protective films remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal opened — these are excluded from returns once opened.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple and takes just a few steps:

  1. Email contact@lisuthai.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a return label within one business day.
  3. Repack the goods securely, making sure the original packaging and any protective films are intact, and attach the label.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping — there's no charge to you for sending eligible items back to us.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, we're happy to arrange an exchange instead. Simply let us know your preference when you contact us to start your return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, depending on how you paid. All amounts are processed in USD.

Warranty

In addition to our return policy, eligible products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with your item outside the standard return window, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.
